As part of our Fitness and Recreation Leadership class at Grand River Collegiate, Kitchener Ranger players Reid Valade, Donovan Sebrango and Isaac Langdon have created a website and organized an online auction featuring Kitchener Rangers merchandise. All of the proceeds from this auction will go towards the WCSSAA fund.

The WCSSAA Student Assistance Fund is intended to support students that have financial limitations restricting their access to secondary school athletics in WRDSB Schools. Currently the fund is in the infant stages. The goal of the fund is to generate enough money to support as many students as possible and remove the financial barriers that exist in access to participation. This will be accomplished through a capital accumulation that allows for an annual endowment, or a yearly revenue stream that provides for enough funding for students in need.

Auction items consist of Kitchener Ranger merchandise such as: a pair of tickets to a Kitchener Rangers game, a brand new hockey stick, sweater, hat, water bottle and key chain amongst other things.

Please take a quick look at our website: WCSSAA Fund - KR. We hope you are able to join and help us help students get out of the bleachers and into the game!
