A local offensive lineman from Brantford is heading to McMaster in the fall to continue his football career. BCSSAA champion Mike Martyniuk from the Assumption College Lions officially signed with the Marauders on Friday.

Mike stands 6'3 and is a 5th year Assumption Lion football player who was a team captain for all 3 years as a senior player. He's a dominant offensive lineman as he showed these past 3 years at the senior level. He's coming off a BCSSAA championship, CWOSSA championship and an OFSAA berth in highschool football in 2019. 

Mike has also been a longtime Brantford Bisons player, most recently in 2019 helping his senior varsity team win the OFC Championship.
